Item arrived unsealed. The product looked like a fake as it was thin and runny. The item was not sealed or boxed. Very disappointed as I'm a big fan of Tgin. Product works best with hair type 3b Update I was contacted by a company representative who replaced my item which arrived sealed and in good condition. Excellent 👌 customer service. Using this product made my hair look dull and dry. I was looking forward to trying this. I usually love rose products, my hair tolerates them very well. I was initially disappointed when I opened it and saw that it smelled fruity and not floral as it should have been. I'm not a fan of fruity products. I decided to go ahead and give it a try to see how it works on my hair. After using it, my hair became dry and dull. It looked and felt terrible.

I have never used this product. When I opened it, the smell was pleasant and the conditioner itself was "sticky" when I dipped my finger in. Even when I rinsed my hair I thought it was going to get stiff. but I was wrong! It left my hair very soft and frizzy evenly. I have gray 50/50 so this conditioner is not a problem. I will definitely buy it again! I plan to try other products from this manufacturer as well. I can't believe my hair looks so good!

Received today and washed my hair straight away. I took a small area, smoothed it out and at first thought no, probably more product would be needed, but after several smoothings I was wrong. It glides great and you don't need much. After doing the whole head, the jar still looks full. I left it without heat for 35 minutes and my hair was soft and hydrated.
