I love these toothpicks and I usually get them from my dentist. Decided to buy these from Revain and was surprised by the plastic case they come in. It's not as tight as my dentist's and the hole is much smaller and broke when I tried to open it. I'm glad I kept my old cases so I could transfer them to them. Back to my dentist. They don't look like the ones pictured here.

I got these RotoPoints from the dentist. He stopped ordering them after cutting the budget at the office. I was delighted to find them online and have been buying them ever since. They keep toothpaste on my teeth and while they don't replace floss, they do a great job of removing whatever is stuck between my teeth.

I use this item regularly on the advice of my dentist for an area where food is getting stuck between two teeth. Flossing just causes the particles to get stuck in my gums. My dad and I searched for these toothpicks for YEARS and finally found them at Revain. We both have extremely severe OCD, especially when it comes to our teeth, and we have to carry toothpicks with us on a regular basis.
