Very convenient but charges a bit slower than direct plug chargers

I really like that I don't have to disconnect and connect cables from my phone and tablet. The plug on the phone started banging too hard. Charging is a bit slower than a direct connection, but that's enough for me. The cable is flexible yet durable. Very beautiful. When charging, the cable is very inconspicuous. Very nice, I wanted to buy additional cables but I couldn't find individual cables for sale without other parts. I would definitely buy again. Update Summary 08/25/21: Purchased again.

This is a decent and working charger but not the best

Good cables. The magnets are a bit weak. It generally took longer to charge than some other chargers. Obviously no charger for fast charging. And the magnetic metal links get very hot when charging something during use. I like the flexibility, but as much as I want this to be my main charger, I need to use it sparingly and find another charger.

We use them everywhere!

Works great. I love that I can leave the charging adapter plugged into my phone and switch cables as needed. It fits fairly evenly so nothing gets stuck. We have two different phones - a Type C and a Micro USB. Being able to keep a cable anywhere without messing around with adapters is awesome. The loading speed is fast. The swivel function prevents damage from twisting and the magnet releases easily without pulling on the connector. Definitely buy more of these.

Great product idea with mediocre performance/result.

This is my second attempt to contact the seller due to a misunderstanding along with missing components. The item was delivered quickly to my doorstep in a beautiful and organized package; along with all components (no missing items, like in the first attempt). My $1600 phone was permanently damaged!

TL; DR: These poor quality cables burned and caused permanent damage to the charging port on my Samsung Galaxy Note 9. ----- While this technology is a good idea conceptually, it just isn't ready for practical use. The Type-C connector fits snugly and firmly into my phone's port, even with a case on. I was worried it wouldn't happen. So far so good (6 months) Rating updated over time

5/5/20 update. I had a good beat and I have another set that I listed and I really like both sets. I had a few ends of the string that came out and got lost but I can glue them back on if you don't lose the plastic core and 3 small spring pins. I always get metal dust and have to brush it off with duct tape, so it's probably because the duct tape was being tightened that I had this problem. I found that using the short circuit in the truck doesn't allow lifting anything yet. I'll order another…
