Overall good product and fairly intuitive

I like that it has many functions for different departments within my organization so we can be more efficient when working together as teams! It's easy enough even new people could use without any training because there isn't much technical knowledge needed once they get started using their own account manager/admin person (who usually knows how things work). The software does not have advanced search capabilities which would make finding certain items easier especially if searching through…

Great Product, but Support is an Issue

The UI helps us keep up our inventory levels for multiple outlets at once! It's easy enough that I can use it without training even though we have only been using them since June 2018 (and they've had over 4 years development!). They could improve their support staff - there were times when one person was unavailable while another couldn't answer questions quickly/correctly about how things work within software like ours & theirs.
