Description of 🐱 Hairball Care by Royal Canin: Optimal Solution for Managing Hairballs

CATS PRONE TO HAIRBALLS: Royal Canin Hairball Care Dry Cat Food is tailored nutrition for cats 1 year and older prone to hairballs. HAIRBALL MANAGEMENT: Rather than hairballs building up in a cat’s stomach and being regurgitated, this hairball treatment formula helps move hair the cat swallows through the GI tract. SPECIAL FIBER BLEND: A specific blend of dietary fibers helps control hairball development for digestive health. HEALTHY DIGESTION: Helps manage hairballs that can lead to digestive sensitivities. MIX WITH WET FOOD: This adult cat food is the perfect complement to Royal Canin Hairball Care Thin Slices in Gravy Wet Cat Food.

Excellent hairball control in Maine Coons.

I have an absolutely adorable Maine Coon cat (we had two but her sister Maggie lost feline lymphoma - very sad) who, like other long haired cats, struggles with hairballs. I say use because since we started giving her just a small handful of Royal Canin hairballs every other day, the hairballs have all but disappeared. Trust me, we've tried everything else — like pasta and veggies — and they just didn't work. We weren't sure if Rosie would even eat them because she's such a picky eater, but…

Maybe it's still five stars, or maybe it's one star now.

Maybe there are still five stars or now one star; not yet open. FYI: The packaging and "formula" (or ingredients) of this product just changed. When I received the package I was confused and called Royal Canin: They removed 'Intense' and '34' from the product name, now it just says 'Hairball'. The packaging is also slightly different. The ingredients of the pellets themselves have been slightly changed. According to a Royal Canin customer service representative, the shape and size remain the…

Not the same product anymore. Not so good.

December 2017: Below is my first review of the Intense Hairball version. They replaced it with this one and it's not that good. My picky cat still eats it, but it doesn't stop hairballs and vomiting nearly as well as the original version. Very disappointing. Not the same product so beware of 5 star reviews made before fall 2017 because it is not the same product at all. Different ingredients and names. This completely solved our ragdoll's vomiting problem. We have had vomiting/hairball problems

DO NOT BUY THIS! The ingredients have recently changed.

DO NOT BUY! We are used to religiously ordering this product, even subscribed and saved. The package came in a different design and we didn't think much of it until our pet cat became seriously ill. A rash appeared on the head and eyes. We went to the doctor and did all the tests. Found out it's an allergy. After trial and error we have determined that it is 1000000% this product. Without doubt. The cat recovered, and when she started eating it, she became nauseous again. Another reviewer also…

PRODUCT CHANGED: Contains wheat

I have been ordering Indoor Intense Hairball 34 for 8 years because it does not contain wheat. My cat has a wheat allergy. The food I received with my last order seems to be a new version of this. Now the ingredients are: Chicken Meal, Corn, Beer Rice, Rice Husks, Corn Gluten Meal, Chicken Fat, Natural Flavors, Wheat, Wheat Gluten, Pea Fiber, Dried Beet Pulp, Dried Yeast, Vegetable Oil, Calcium Sulfate. , Fish Oil, Psyllium Husk, Potassium Chloride, Sodium Pyrophosphate, Fructooligosaccharides,

A find for your Maine Coon!

I have wanted to write this review for a long time. It has been around five months since my cat was fed Royal Canin instead of her previous food. If your situation is similar to mine and you're tearing your hair out trying to figure out what to feed your cat and spitting up whatever it eats, you've come to the right place. Let me just say that before I was given this food my Maine Coon cat was vomiting all over and was so constipated that I had to take her to the vet who was kind enough to…
