I bought Royal Hotel Bedding baby blankets to put under my dog's top sheet and they fit like a glove. It retains body heat better than a sheet.

Excellent quality, soft fabric, perfect weight. I just took them out of the dryer and there is very little lint after the first wash. If you purchase these blankets, be aware that they ship compressed but will inflate within minutes of opening the package. I am happy with this purchase and have already bought a junk version of this product.

I really like that it's not too thick but perfect and comfortable for me. The material is smooth and almost has a slightly velvety quality. I live in Florida so light weight is great. It's warm enough here, but when it gets cold, I toast and feel comfortable. I know some people were worried about the laundry. I put mine in the washing machine either warm or cold and then just laid it out to dry and it was fine.

I ordered one for my porch. It feels comfortable, not shiny or slippery, and quite warm. Not for Frost, but for the 40's it's normal. It comes vacuum packed and looks very flimsy as someone has complained, but once it comes out of the box it swells up. I'm very happy with it and have just ordered two more for chilly evenings on my somewhat isolated porch (to be outside with friends during this pandemic time).

This article has several shortcomings. Most importantly, the label on the product says "DRY CLEAN ONLY ONLY". According to the description machine washable. That's Strike 1. Strike 2 is the color. It's much lighter, almost sweetish blue. In the photo in the ad, the blankets look "dusty blue". It is not. It's a very light sky blue. Bought for granddaughters. In cots, a regular single duvet can be too big, especially in bunk beds or (in this case) single beds with side rails. Since the kids are still small (preschoolers) we didn't need the length of a double blanket and they are perfect.
