I think I didn't read the description carefully before buying. The batteries last around 24 hours, so it's best not to use them for too long during the day. However, they are perfect for my small 2ft tall tree, just can't light it.

Short battery life meant these cute lights weren't worth the money. I put them on a small Christmas tree stand and they looked great but only about 2 weeks old. I turned off the lights before bed, but that didn't extend the life of the lights. I wouldn't buy them again.

Contains 2 sets of LED lights. Each with an on/off box with batteries included. Works great, best in dark rooms as the LEDs aren't SUPER bright. I wish the LEDs were closer together. The wire is silver colored, thin and very flexible. In the pictures I used a set below the 12x12 surface. Has served its purpose. Party Cindy

These lamps were perfect for the purpose I wanted them for, but note that the RED version of these lamps is significantly darker than the other colors offered.
