I can't imagine how anyone in the production chain could be so stupid as to put not one but TWO permanent stickers on each of these containers. It would be nice but unnecessary if they fell off. They don't. When picked up and dragged, they leave a lot of paper behind. If they are washed under running water and then scraped off, they leave sticks behind. I thought I would buy food storage containers but instead I think it's a game. I've always loved Rubbermaid containers. Do not get me wrong! But I was so angry when I received this order that I will never buy it again. I have eight containers. That part was good. But I've also received sixteen Rubbermaid labels that have NOT come off. I wiped I used a solvent. I tried alcohol. Oil. Can't understand all the 5 star reviews - must not have had any previous products. I have a set of these with 5" black overlays. These attachments are 4 1/2 inches tall, have no drooping lips and are not easy to remove as they only have a small tab on one corner. And what's the deal with that red paint on them that they are easy to find? How hard is it to find a 4 1/2" item? The rubber lid and plastic bowl are also much thinner.
