Waste of Money, Doesn't Work

I purchased this closet organization system to maximize my space, but it ended up being a complete waste of money. Despite following the instructions carefully, the shelves and hang rails didn't stay in place and kept falling down. I tried to use different tools and home improvement tricks to make it work, but it was a frustrating experience. After I put it to the test, I was really disappointed in the poor quality of this product.

WE ASSUME your "kit " will not come with any accessories, so go ahead and get them!

Glad I got this for my Closetmaid/Rubbermaid closet - I did it myself without more than a bolt who has this kit - makes it easy - because I NEVER know when I'm ordering something if it comes with gear, neither package! And it's only an annoyance when you're in the mood. Eventually run into a project only to find there's no gear or crappy gear.

Glad I got this to dress up my Closetmaid/Rubbermaid closet - I do it myself without having more than one bobby pin with this kit - it's easy - as I NEVER knows when I'll order something if it comes with hardware in either package! And it's only an annoyance when you're in the mood. Eventually run into a project only to find there's no gear or crappy gear.
