I keep them on the counter to store my baked goods. I keep flour, sugar, brown sugar, and powdered milk in it on my counter. The little ones go well with the big ones. I bought the appropriate size cereal (19.9 cups) which only holds a 5 pound bag of flour.

One of my containers came without a lid closure. I contacted Rubbermaid and they told me to send them proof of purchase and a picture to have my product replaced. I did, and then they stopped replying to me altogether and didn't send a replacement. Very disappointed. The containers themselves are amazing! But for that price I would like a complete work kit.

I used to buy containers with oxo knobs and found that the lid just slipped off the flour container because the flour covered it and the rubber ring couldn't be grabbed. There is never a problem with these containers because of the locking mechanism. You are fantastic! They are backed by a lifetime guarantee and are guaranteed not to leak. I highly recommend them! The wing latch on one of the lids of the 3.2 cup pod was missing. This will render one in ten sets received unusable. REALLY annoying: No response from Rubbermaid.
