Shown with lid but no lid. Yes, if you read carefully it says no lid is included, but that should be made clearer as several photos show it with the lid on. This is deceptive.

I use this on my GB (garbage mousse) when I cook. Just put a plastic bag in, throw in bowls, ingredients, meat wraps, etc. in the UK while you cook dinner. Then just throw away the plastic bag, GB is ready for the next meal.

Excellent container BUT. Remember that it comes without a lid. I read it after purchasing it but am too lazy to return it. I had to look up and down. I don't understand why the big Rubbermaid company makes such a good capless product. It's like buying a bike without wheels.

I bought one and was so impressed I bought two more. I use it to make Kali, a Finnish beer, to rise batter like a popcorn bucket, soak limes in water and vinegar (helps keep them longer), and I use one to store flour. And like every other Rubbermaid product I own, I know they will last forever.

The pictures show the hat so I thought I'd buy it. I ordered the lid separately and it's a terrible design. I always thought it was only meant to go in a certain direction, but ultimately it's just awful and certainly unreliable in some way, whether it's leaking or keeping something out or in. Don't worry if you need it for a container with a lid.

Raccoons destroy antique mercury barns that don't stock refractor/diffuser lenses. Rather than replacing the entire fixture with plenty of spare mercury bulbs, it's nearly impossible to purchase and priced at $25. -65 some of the same fragile acrylic?!?!?!? It costs $4 and some binding clips seem to fit and fill the bill. Rubber pads, that's a bonus. Thank you to the seller for providing enough sizes to keep this business going.

The product page is either intentionally designed to be a scam this way, or their marketing department is made up of people who can't tell the difference between a container and a lid and a container with a lid. Anyway, I need to buy a beer.

There is a ridiculous statement in the description that the kit does not include a cover. What a scam. Too many hassles with returns but I will not be ordering from Rubbermaid again whereas if the jar had a lid that would be a five star rating and the start of more Rubbermaid purchases. It is short-sighted for Rubbermaid not to include a lid or to mark the fact that there is no lid with an asterisk at the top of the page so as not to mislead customers.
