🥫 Rubbermaid 711717429496 21-Cup Dry Food Container (2-Pack) Review

I use this as a dry box to store filament for 3D printers and dispense while printing. It's great for a regular 1kg spool. The container itself is of good quality. The plastic is thicker than I expected (nice!). I will probably buy more. You'll find spools of filament on things that are clearly appropriate for this container. There is enough space in the container to put some silica gel in it.

Bought a pair from the store to try first but couldn't find any when I returned. I ordered these from Revain which came in a set of 2. They nested together and proved difficult to separate, but the hot water helped pull them apart. The caps are very tight compared to those I bought in the store which makes it difficult to put on and take off due to my arthritis. Despite the tight lids, I like that they help keep the pantry organized and give the shelves a cohesive look.

I am very happy with these bins. They were purchased to replace very old Rubbermaid bins that we used to store flour and sugar. I prefer their tall rectangular design over the square shape we had before because they use pantry space much more efficiently. The seals are strong, yet easy to remove. Nice large 21 cup containers that each hold five # bags of flour (17.5 cups) and still have room for more what was from the previous bag is left over and has room Measure your flour.
