The back is sooooo hard! Although this is really the only negative. It has enough room for more than one hydration bladder and I love that.

I doubt these reviews are real. The bubble is terrible. It broke after a few uses and leaks constantly, and the backpack itself is mediocre at best. Proceed with caution.

Really good backpack, perfect size if you are looking for something smaller. However the back panel is very stiff and adds to the weight of the backpack so I will be returning it which is a shame as otherwise it is perfect.

I really liked the backpack, except for the water tank part. The tube you drink water from has such an unpleasant hard plastic taste and smell, I washed the tube and container and the taste and smell stayed the same, too bad because everything else was great

I like this pack except for one thing. There is a very hard board in the back, which is uncomfortable for the back when walking. It also causes the backpack to fall when you put it down. If I could remove it I would. Otherwise I love this backpack. This is my everyday backpack and I love its pockets, the multiple ways to hang or attach things, and the chest strap.
