Use a reduced #2 Phillips nozzle.

. I then showed it to a professional drywall builder. He tried it and immediately said you had the wrong set of teeth. You need a reduced #2 Phillips, not a standard. I switched and it works very well. David

Pros
  • . Adjustable and removable nose cone for improved accuracy.
Cons
  • . Out of fashion.

This is normal but has limitations on the length of the screw.

Three stars primarily because this drill bit doesn't like 2" AT screws. ALL. The sleeve will bounce and the drill bit will bounce off the screw head right into the drywall. Not fun with it on the ceiling Walls with 1 1/4" screws, but the drill works fine. But 2" I was very disappointed.

Pros
  • QuietDrive battery saver
Cons
  • No power

Quick and easy to use

This is a great little screwdriver. The fact that it doesn't activate until you've screwed a screw into the drywall makes for quiet operation. A harness is handy and the combined weight of the gun and battery doesn't pull you to one side. The only downside is that the bat flies out of its holder so you end up chasing it when it hits the ground. A stronger magnet holding the bit in place would be a huge improvement.

Pros
  • Variable speed trigger with lock: 0-4, 4700 rpm
Cons
  • Non automatic
