Good, solid technology

As strong as any competitor. I really like the rotating handle. The only complaint will be the cartridge grip; I wish they had designed it to always stay on the tool when I want to use it without the handle - on the other hand, the handle is a good foraging grip.

quality goods, my second! I still have my first! Does the job over and over again! After many hours of use I finally replaced the brushes with my old one and still kicked like a chicken! There is no smarter great tool, you will not be disappointed!

Missing carbon brush - RYOBI will not be replaced.

I bought this AG454 angle grinder at a hardware store and didn't use it for a while after buying it. 4 months later I tried to use it and it won't turn on (brand new, ready to use). It turns out that the carbon brush is missing, the box says 3 year warranty, called Ryobi to ask about the missing part under warranty and they said "we can't replace the carbon brushes under warranty" ". It would be nice if they installed it first. RYOBI has the worst customer service known to man. The support…
