I couldn't find a dress in my size so I ordered one size up because I really liked it . Went to a wedding and loved the dress. Great success. Aside from everyone really liking it, it was the most comfortable. Because of the style, even though it was a bit big, it still looked good. this dress is fabulous.

I told my daughter to choose a Downton Abbey dress for my family wedding and she chose this beautiful dress so how could I say no. so comfortable! I felt very stylish in this dress and received compliments from strangers at the shop we stopped at on our way to the wedding, to the bride herself telling me how beautiful I looked!

Minor imperfections. The color in the photo is more of a pink beige but the dress that arrived is VERY dark gray without the pink. I ordered a size 12 but it doesn't fit me very well - roomy at the top and waist but a little tight at the hips. It's for a "masquerade wedding" in a historic hotel, so I guess I'll wear it instead of looking for another. I just won't feel as pretty (being the groom's mother I just need to be presentable I guess).

This dress is very pretty. I think I look pretty until my kids take pictures. For reference, my measurements are 36 28 42. I am 5ft 6175lbs tall (hell holidays!) I have wider hips so chose what would fit these pups I ordered 14 and 16 16 is very baggy on top but looks good underneath 14 (note on photo) Fits better on top but maybe accentuates my hips more. I'll probably be returning them. Not because there's anything wrong with the dress, but because my hips are buzzing.

The outer layer of this dress, the sequin part is just beautiful. It is well made and has a nice shine. However, the lower, inner part of the dress is a very cheap polyester tube dress. Not at all flattering and form fitting. If you have a curvy shape, this dress will be too tight at the hips and buttocks. If the lining of the dress was better and not so tight, the dress would have gotten extra stars.
