Loved the ring but couldn't put ashes in it. Pieces missing so I returned it. May try again some other time Thanks for attention.

Great for my 3 granddaughters to have a little bit of there beloved grandma with them. Heart charm is great. Silver chain is not very strong. I had to replace the chains.

One star because I like the stars and moon on it I’m very disappointed you don’t get nothing to put the ashes safely in the necklace and the hole is so small idk how to safely put the ashes in also the chain it’s way to thin for the pendant it will break easy. Ugh I’m so disappointed I bought this for a Christmas gift there’s cheaper one on hear that send u a tunnel to put the ashes in . I’m sending it back .

Very disappointed i lost my sister i finally got her ashes and i went to insert them into the ring and u cant remove the bolt that holds the ashes in it immediately started to strip the thread and now the ring is usless is there anything that can be done I would appreciate a response and now i have to purchase a new one while my sister ashes sit in a bag i dont want a refund I just want something that works like it says it does

it's really pretty, but smaller than i thought it would be. I was able to fill it with the help of a toothpick. then as suggested I glued the screw in. I switched out the chain, just worried that it would break.
