🖤 Safavieh American Homes Maxine Black Accent Table Review

Color was an issue as previous descriptions said this side table was yellow. NOT YELLOW. This table has a beautiful, soft CREAM COLOR. I love its shape, the color goes perfectly with the cream doors, door panels, window frames and baseboards (Behr 'Scribe' semi-gloss enamel) that I painted in my Behr 'Craft Brown Rooms'. The table comes pre-assembled, another plus as I'm 74 years old. I am very, very happy with this purchase!

We spent too long shopping for bedside tables because my husband and I couldn't agree on a set. I finally found her at Revain and couldn't be happier. The drawers do not hang when open and the whole piece is very stable. They took grey, but wanted white. Luckily we read the reviews before buying as there seems to be a yellow cast to the white. In any case, we were able to exchange the handles without any problems, so that they now fit perfectly with our existing bedroom furniture.

I love the look of these tables and they fit my space perfectly. However, they are VERY cheaply made. Doesn't match the price at all. Drawers literally slide out on their own. They are very light. My two came out on top with significant deficiencies. One has glue stains that won't come off...and the other has a 3-4 inch paint blemish that looks like someone applied something while it was still wet. However, I got so tired of looking at the tables that I decided to just leave.

Let me start by saying that at first glance they are absolutely perfect for the small space I needed them in. I love the style and they feel as solid as you would expect from $100+ tables. . Unfortunately, as you can see from the two photos, there are marks along the front of the top of both tables. They are very well packed and covered with packing material. Maybe it was too hot in the truck and the folds of the packaging material had somehow become stuck in the paint. It doesn't come off. I'm
