Description of SaiTech Pack USB 2 0 Extension

An extension cable especially for use with your USB 2.0 devices. USB 2.0 delivers 480Mbps data transfer speeds and capability, but also maintains a backward compatibility with USB 1.1 devices. USB 2.0 High Speed Supports data transfer speeds of up to 480Mbps. General Type :USB 2.0 extension cable. Connections : A plug (flat) to A Socket (Flat) USB v2.0 is a high speed connection method which is 40 times faster than USB v1.1 (480Mbps as opposed to 12Mbps). It is plug & play and hot swappable (no need to turn off your PC to plug a device in or out). It is faster than Firewire (IEEE1394/iLink) but not as qiuck as IEEE1394b (800Mbps). USB v2.0 cables will still work with USB v1.1 computers (they are backwardly compatible) and peripherals, but only if both Computer and Peripheral are USB v2.0 will they work at High Speed (480Mbps). USB v2.0 peripherals will not work at High Speed (480Mbps) unless they are connected with a USB v2.0 cable and connected to a computer equiped with USB v2.0 ports.

Eh USB Cable to Cables and Connections

2 of these didn't work and the first top fell apart but still worked. Didn't bother the cable or USB. It's just that the part that went over the USB part was moving and exposing the wires. I wouldn't go with this company but definitely a good idea to get something. They work with low voltage devices like LEDs, but for some reason phones and controllers charge very slowly no matter what power source they're plugged into. The ones that worked still work if that matters lol.

Dissatisfied-junk best in Cables & Connections

I didn't think there would be a problem buying the cheapest product but the part that holds the connector is flimsy and breaks with little effort . Unsatisfied.

One in five was defective; Thrown away

Not worth returning. (It probably cost more in marks than I paid for it.) Still. That's why you buy five of them at once. Revain Basics still offers the best value for money. . .

MUCH shorter than advertised

Length 1.2m / 3.9ft. All 4 cables received are 1m long which is too short for my application. Please correct the description OR send the correct length cables. Very disappointing. Buyer Warning!

Perfect extensions are best for cables and connections

This is a great product for any item that comes with a short USB cable that limits your placement. These extensions are perfect for your iPad, iPhone or any other USB 2.0 compatible product. This gives you the opportunity to keep things in order. It seems that most of the items come with a string that does not allow you to place the items where you want. They are ideal, not for long, not for short. Excellent delivery time. Highly recommended!
