Purse was worn less than 2 months when zip started to unravel. Seams are fully open along the zip and button placket. I bought a good wallet to last forever and am very disappointed! I'm not really sure what I even have to do to get my money back as it takes longer than 30 days and I bought it from Amazon. I was out of town when the hole got bigger and it was so embarrassing just carrying it in my purse and not using a strap as it fell apart!

I would have kept it had it not been for a fatal flaw: I would have put up with a fabric, not a leather strap - but a "necessary" sack to have 2 different straps and have a very weak weird mechanism/ring to loosen the straps - well it came with a detachable ring - and there's no point in keeping it when it's so fragile.
