Sakura Pigma 30061 Micron Blister Card Ink Pen Set: Black, Assorted Point Sizes - 3CT Set Review

I was concerned they would bleed or get lost in my bullet magazine but no problem. I use a magazine with 140 g/m2 paper, but with new pens you will never find out. My default was 03 but I started using 01 and I like it the same. 05 is great for lines and drawers. Will definitely be buying more, maybe soon when my teen tries to steal mine.

I like the wider tip. I accidentally used them with regular Prismacolor colored pencils. Pens clogged with pencil wax. (I didn't know they couldn't be used with wax crayons). A Sakura representative emailed me explaining why I couldn't use them with wax crayons and then sent me 3 new ones after I promised I would only use them with my watercolor pencils. Excellent customer service!

Only one of the three handles works. Buttons 01 and 03 do not work at all. Knob 05 works for now, but who knows how long it will continue to work. I am so disappointed in this purchase. I contacted Revain to return my purchase and they sent me a new pack of 3 pens. I did not have to return the original packaging. I'm glad they sent me a new one. I tested 3 pens yesterday when they arrived and all 3 work, hopefully they will work for a while. Now I give them a few more stars.

I bought these online when I ran out of .1, .3 and .5 markers I was glad I could easily buy the ones I used most in the pack without the extra shapes and sizes to have to buy . However, these markers began to die out very quickly, say within 3-4 months, without overuse. Advantages:* These pens are very comfortable to write on, the ink dries or it can smudge. This is more of a problem when you are writing or drawing a large amount of text or drawings. I also use it to take notes on pre-printed material, where I can take notes across the page and lean over what I've just written to write something over it. I have to be careful.* If I store my pens tip-down, the ink spills all over the place. This can be something if you run out of ink or the nib dries out, but…

These are awesome pens. I've been looking for pens that won't show through thin paper and I've found them. They are excellent for Moleskin journal entries on thin paper; I chose thick paper as I could never find pens that didn't bleed but finally I can go back to thin pages and there is no bleeding or smudging and I write effortlessly! Bought 2 packs of these. One for me and one for a tattoo artist friend of mine. He's used them before and he LOVES them. He used up his pretty quickly by actively painting.
