- Also having easy access via phone / email (if needed) during normal hours too especially helpful since most people work 7 days week now these times may differ depending upon how busy things get around here

- Ability tp create invoices directly via system without printing anything or use invoice mail.
- Also employee access could always modified if required through same area..and even change password when necessary..no need ti go around searching every person manually :)
