Not a bad product, nothing extraordinary.

What's with the delivery, gentlemen? Why are you shipping expensive shampoo like a sack of potatoes? You couldn't wrap it up properly, could you? Naturally, given that there was no additional packaging, it came OPEN and obviously spilled on the way, when I removed the pimply film, it was all smeared and soiled clothes. Strange attitude towards transportation. It's a pity to stick a piece of masking tape on the lid?
