Removed my lady's mustache in 6 minutes as advertised. The process was easy and mostly painless. I say mainly because after wiping and rinsing, you should apply the moisturizer that comes with it. This part is the only part that stuck out. A day later it was over. Likewise. Smells like permanent.

I then applied a thick layer of cream and waited a full 8 minutes, with all the hope I could muster I slowly began using a clean cloth to remove the cream and hair, the cream came off but the hair stayed in place. Do not remove all hair at all even if the instructions were followed! I've been using this product since the 1990's! This is not the same product as before! Very disappointed. I will not buy again
