My perfect secret!

I've had a very difficult time with my health over the past month and I don't see many signs that this will change any time soon. Nice little cuff bracelet. It is very shiny and the engravings look very clean and dark. Comes with a cleaning cloth. I bought this to give to a friend as an encouraging gift but was surprised by what I found when I opened the box.
