Not what was expected. Image I ordered a set of 3 brackets and a knurled screw for attachment. Instead, there were 4 brackets and no thumbscrew. So I need to use a different mount in a different style. Seems weak too, let's see how it holds up.

First off, let me say that I have no idea why GoPro didn't include at least one of these when I bought my Hero 3. They are very practical and indispensable when you want to mount your tripod camera. I didn't really need four, but I figured for about $2 each they'd be handy and good enough to have a few spares. They are solidly built and fit my camera frame perfectly, very easy to install and use.

The first caveat is that I am not comparing it to an equivalent Gopro brand mount. I don't know Gopro so I'm only rating them on their performance. I would give them two stars but they work well for most purposes so I gave them three. The problem with them is that they don't hold the camera securely.
