I do not recommend. The screen is dark and has several broken keys (including the right shift key and a comma). I tried "Support" and the person wasn't able to provide the simple instructions for the steps that they wanted me to do. Actually, they gave me instructions for the Windows operating system. Very disappointed with this purchase. It will be sent back tomorrow. Obviously it was not tested and not serviced before sale.

The product I received doesn't even look like the picture or what most people have. The screen is only 10 inches, the laptop lags and the screen has terrible color accuracy and I trust Amazon but not much after that. I've never had a Chromebook and don't use cell phones much (pick up). However, I have a quiet desktop PC powerhouse and needed a way to remotely desktop access it as well as RAM/video intensive applications around the house and needed something with a large screen for editing etc. For the price, this is it Chromebook great in my opinion. I was very excited because it is a powerful machine but over time I got disappointed. First the screen is not bright enough, then it is inconvenient to work with it. When I work with it on my bed I have to hold it on one side and the base that holds the keyboard and mouse pad flexes a bit and the keyboard and mouse pad doesn't work. It works great when you're on a flat surface, but I don't know if it stops working over time or if it's working poorly. I advise you to look for another model.
