
I received this laptop around May 20th. It couldn't even be turned on until July. My granddaughter is a very responsible 12 year old who is good with computers. I knew it was a refurbished computer, but I still expected it to last more than a month and a half. I contacted the seller and he directed me to the manufacturer's website for troubleshooting. How exactly do you troubleshoot a laptop that won't turn on? With this Covid-19 pandemic, my granddaughter will make the most of her school working from home. This is simply unacceptable. I will never buy "refurbished" goods again. Very disappointing.
