I received the chrome book and it works but it's badly scratched and looks so worn I can't return it because it's a Christmas present. Very disappointed with the condition it arrived in.

I would rate 0 if I could. There is no camera icon. Error accessing the camera. Application without words. I received it with a defective SD card slot. It's terrible.

Ideal first computer for a 12 year old/6 year old. Class. The only problem is that I didn't understand that you can't do some things with it, like skype, but then my son finally figured out how to do it. Great camera - light computer. I also wanted to play Clash of Clans on it but it was hard. It's for school/printing/research/etc. and for that it is a great computer.

This Chromebook is not a 'good fix'. It has been abused, dropped, scratched etc. Very disappointed and too embarrassed to give to mum for Christmas.

Great little laptop. It's really worth it. It's nothing fancy like features, just Google, but if you rely on your phone or tablet for your day-to-day work, it's nice to have something with a real keyboard. It's fast after 24 hours of play, the battery lasted a full day of on and off use after a full charge. It has 2 USB ports, 2 card readers and my favorite HDMI port (you can plug it into your TV and plug it in). Ideal for web videos without apps. It's really thin and light and still small, but
