Purchased 2 from KLAMP Electronics seller. 1 has a broken power button. Second, problems with factory settings. I contacted the seller as the email and receipt reported issues and they informed me that as they receive them refurbished and pre-packaged from Samsung I must contact Samsung directly to resolve the issues. I used to buy refurbished tablets, but this time I got a bad one. I was very disappointed. The screen was strangely dark - it seemed like I was looking through frosted glass. Each color has been muted. Adjusting the brightness really helped - I set it to maximum brightness but it was still dim. The photos were awful - they all had a bluish cast to them. I don't know what's going on with this tablet. I've never had this problem with Samsung tablets.

I want to put negative stars. Complete garbage! Thing won't work properly. Every time I did something, "Google Play stopped working". I tried to save photos but couldn't access them. When I clicked something, it took 2 minutes to load. As I typed, each letter appeared in about 30 seconds. Absolute waste of money!
