The best thing for the money, I'm glad I chose this option.

Samsung is great as always. Everything is done at the highest level, the build quality, the kit, and indeed the feeling when you hold a smartphone are incredible. I have been using it for a little over a year, I bought it almost from the release. No complaints - works like clockwork. I will not change to the 10th yet. Maybe in the next only 11. Had experience using various Samsung phones since 2022. Everything has always been perfect, and the operating time, and the charge, and the screen, and the quality of the photo. False advertising says it's factory unlocked but it isn't when I tried to use it for direct call service at Verizon. I was told it was blocked by at&t and t mobile

The phone is amazing

Honestly it looks just like the picture, the screen and phone look amazing and I can't believe I walked away with this for a super win of $600 am. The phone is not yet started and the fingerprint scanner recognizes every movement, it has a very smart screen, the stylus works very well with the phone and the quality of the camera is fascinating, I will post examples. No complaints yet I am not a professional photographer

Great phone! - Cell phones

So I got this cell phone for my wife's birthday and it must be an unlocked cell phone. Give it to her, turn it on and she'll need the network unlock code. activated as announced. I'm waiting for the seller to contact me to solve the problem. I will update whatever they do to fix things. Update: Customer service was fantastic, they solved my problem overnight. So I would order from them again. My phone was top notch.

Great phone, the best of mobile phones

We chose Note 9 over the upcoming 10 for budget reasons and this is definitely a great choice. I really didn't need all the bells and whistles of 10. This one works great. Came in a white box with charger, cable, SIM tray pen. I took my SIM card and SD card out of my Note 8, plugged them in, turned on the Samsung Switch on both NDs and let it rip. This model doesn't have WiFi calling

I love the Galaxy Note 9 but I had to return this phone because it doesn't support WiFi calling. It was Verizon compatible as advertised, but apparently the N960u1 model is not compatible with Wi-Fi calling.
