Dead on arrival. Unpacked and tried turning it on to find its screen just turning on and off. I had to wait about 8 hours all night to charge the device, but it's very slow and can't get half of my apps that I need. .

Slow, one tablet stopped charging after 2 months, the other got stuck and couldn't restart. Both were excruciatingly slow.

I ordered this tablet because of the possibility of using an LTG sim card, what I didn't understand and wasn't told is that it was set up at Verizon and didn't accept a sim card from ATT which I'm on. Very disappointing! I wouldn't pay the extra $100 for an LTG if I knew this tablet wasn't ATT compatible. money thrown away. I had to use MYFI with ATT, which I could do with Wi-Fi for just $100 less. No thoughts on Samsung, I like the tablet. Revain should reveal compatibility!

Bought to replace my aging Kindle. I was looking for a device that would allow me to connect to a 4G network from time to time when there is no Wi-Fi connection, for example outside of home and in the city, and it works fine, albeit in distant areas urban areas, only 3G. There were no issues or issues as it is a cleaning site although the operating software was outdated and needed updating.
