I needed a pair of wireless headphones. I had no problems connecting via Bluetooth. Sometimes it seems like I'm clicking twice when I just click once, but most of the time they work fine. They fit well in my ears. I'm surprised because when my ears get sweaty from running I thought they would fall out.

Pretty disappointed! I followed all the tips to turn up the volume and it's terrible! The sound is very tinny even with the equalizer setting. Increased the overall volume in the settings and nothing happens. Settings changed in Samsung Wear and still very quiet. No boomy headphones for good sound quality. They are comfortable but otherwise a big disappointment.

I really like the buds and was very excited when they finally arrived as the delivery took a little longer than expected. However, I immediately noticed that the sensor on the right earphone was not working at all and the volume was very low. I need to return it but would like to exchange it for the same item. I hope it gets a good rating.

I HATE any product that tries to impose its family of software on you. Borrowing the Apple model. This product struggles. If you don't want to give Samsung access to almost everything on your phone (stop getting me on Bixby, it's the phone's "Bing" software), expect poor sound quality and no noise cancellation. . I am offended by this product.

The noise canceling isn't as good as other headphones, but I'm not a big fan of total deafness in a public place anyway. Battery life is great, everything works and works with all accessories. My problem with this is that it doesn't sit properly in my ear and it causes pressure and pain in my ear after about 20 minutes and also the left earbud couldn't stay in my ear at all and kept falling out. I bought extra wingtips to adjust and tried to buy a small pad that slid onto the bottom, thinking…

I love her! My friend ordered these for me, just got them today, they were a 1st Galaxy Buds upgrade, they fit my ear much better, they feel more secure but of course that's just my personal preference. Love that the color arrived like new, comes with a charger and replacement earpads, not sure what you call them but there are a few different looks, case looks new, no cosmetic issues, and so far I'm very happy with the purchase. The only negative I can think of is that they don't really cancel…

These buds are truly amazing. If you do a search you'll see all sorts of arguments about how good they sound and how well their noise cancellation works. To be honest they sound great, they produce great sound with all the bass you want and (sigh!) a decent sense of space/soundstage. They stay in my ears better than any other headphones I've ever used. The noise cancellation is surprisingly good too.
