This is a very basic monitor that doesn't allow my Asus laptop to adjust the aspect ratio. The font on the monitor is always bigger, but otherwise everything works fine. It could also be my laptop or compatibility issues, but I'm happy with the performance for now.

I had it less than a year and it stopped working. I only use it occasionally when I'm working from home. I am very disappointed that it no longer works. I ordered a new one but it doesn't look new so I'll go back and just buy the best price lol.

This TV only lasted a few years. My screen is dimmed. Basically it was connected to my Roku for the internet. I don't know if it could be affected, but with production today it's usually cheaper to buy new than to repair.

Most rinky dink bullshit is geared towards inputs to change settings and turn on a monitor I've ever seen. The only button in a very awkward spot on the back of the monitor that can be pushed in multiple directions to change settings. It was not possible to get him to change settings consistently, and very soon he stopped working altogether. I ended up buying an LG monitor to replace as it was difficult to use and stopped working almost immediately.

Guess I didn't think I needed to double check, the 22" has HDMI and I wanted a monitor for my DeX, but of course the 19" that I bought doesn't have an HDMI input . I have to inquire if I have an adapter or if I can buy one, or I have to return it. Big disappointment.

I ordered this product for the price and the brand. It is advertised as a 19 inch monitor but when I installed it it looked smaller than the 19 inch monitor. I decided to measure myself. The monitor is actually 17.5 inches from edge to edge, including the bezel. I was very disappointed but Revain took it back with no problem. I am grateful for that. They said they would contact Samsung about this.

Good for the price, depends on your screen output as it renders correctly with normal computer graphics card output. Decent performance.

Good screens. I just forgot to look at the connectors. It only has a VGA input, no HDMI, so you'll need an adapter. If we want to listen to music or make a video call we have to turn off the screen because the sound is not translated. Keep this in mind if you do this often!

I bought a Westinghouse monitor for about $50 about 7 years ago which outperformed this Samsung. I was expecting something more like HDMI support or real buttons to adjust the screen/brightness. This is the cheapest monitor I've ever owned, with an awkward size and weight. I do not recommend.

Good deal here. I bought a computer for my son and started from scratch as he only had a laptop in the past. My PC budget was already exceeded, so of course I was looking for a cheap monitor. It was better than expected. It arrived quickly and well packaged. My husband is in IT and he said he was impressed with how good it was for the price.

like that . Maybe I didn't read the description well enough, but you need to buy a VGA to HDMI converter if this happens on a laptop like mine. Otherwise, it's plug and play, very easy to set up, and doesn't take up much space. I'm working on my PhD and I'm tired of keeping everything to a minimum, so I'm glad I found an inexpensive monitor that fits on my desk. But be sure to buy a converter if you don't have a processor.

A nice little monitor with a good picture but I didn't get it, it only has a VGA connector. Revain had a kit that included an HDMI cable, so I figured it was in the entryway. Had to buy an adapter for the new Dell I bought to connect to. An IT professional told me that these inexpensive monitors are actually intended for display in malls and airports, not computer monitors. Misleading at best, but we made it work. My secretary actually wanted a smaller monitor. Now I have an extra HDMI cable.

Bought this as a second screen for Pro Tools; by connecting it to a 2012 Macbook Pro via a Thunderbolt adapter. Works great, all my plugins look better, my eyes are prettier even without eye saver mode which is great too. Consider the "Samsung Magic" feature as it adjusts sharpness a lot - you might like it, but my eyes end up feeling better with it off. In addition, the 19-inch model does not have an HDMI connection.

It's a nice little monitor, but beware, there's no HDMI input, only VGA. The 22 inch version has HDMI. So when I clicked on the 19 inch version, I mistakenly assumed that this version would also have HDMI. I had to return it as I need HDMI. (You can get VGA-to-HDMI adapters, but they can be tricky.)
