If you are looking for cheap low-cost monitors, this is worth considering. They're easy to assemble, light up, and do what screens are supposed to do, show you the picture. Good resolution but I keep getting a notification that it's not in recommended mode, when I have it in that mode it messes up my screen. Has no speakers. In general everything is fine. I would suggest getting something better.

Maybe I don't understand how to set the settings correctly, but the monitor pulls out and distorts the words / and so on. It's like copying comics onto clay and then stretching them. Or I don't understand how to set up a widescreen monitor.

I have two of these monitors and the employee has a black screen on both. I sent the first one back and then got another one. just for the second one who is now having the same black screen issue. The screen behaves as if there is a short circuit somewhere. I connected everything correctly and connected the power supply carefully as the screen is fragile and looks like it will break easily. The design of this monitor was not well thought out. Like others complained that the base is not removed.

I bought this monitor to connect to my home surveillance system DVR so I didn't want to pay too much but still wanted something solid and reliable which this monitor did. The old monitor was Samsung. which I had for about 5 years until my wife dropped it and accidentally broke it.

I have a 19" version of this monitor. It's pretty good for the price. Obviously it's not for gaming, it's only 1366 x 768 60Hz. my Mac mini. I bought my used one from the Revain store, saw it brand new, it had all the plastic wrapping and the cables were still twisted. To be clear the 19" only has a VGA input, which is fine by me. If you want HDMI, you should go for 22 inches.

Works great, great picture, easy to set up as expected, will buy again, bought used, didn't expect it to be brand new ‎3.7 pounds!

This monitor works fine. I hooked it up to a surveillance system so I can't confirm the picture quality. I took off a star because I was under the impression it had an HDMI input, which it doesn't. VGA only.

nice screen, good size, nice and bright. Colors seem pretty accurate without calibration compared to my calibrated screen which is a plus

No HDMI on the 19" model. Maybe I should have looked into that before, but it seems to be such an industry standard these days that you would never expect a modern computer monitor to not have HDMI capability. I'm giving 3 stars because Samsung did a good job making this monitor. However, it's not clear why they chose not to add HDMI like they did on the 22-inch model. Another design flaw is that the monitor has been made very thin, with the VGA and power cables protruding straight out the back rather than down. the reason I sent it back.

When my HP 17 inch wore out. Some pixel issues so the screen was 3D-like and blurry/foggy, Geek Squad team recommended buying Samsung. Since I was happy with my Samsung TVs, I trusted the Geek Squad representative. It was easy to put together, had to adjust to a slightly larger screen as they don't make 'small ones' these days, and the performance was great. Note: You need to buy speakers. My old monitor had the sound turned on, but the new models obviously didn't.

It arrived on time and works great! Admittedly, the power button on the back baffled me, but other than that, if you're looking for onscreen stats, this guy will do the trick.

Not a bad monitor but for the price there are better ones, you need them for work in a pinch and they do the job. Very thin and light, no sound.

Really good and good price. Really works for what I need, which is to connect to my 15 inch laptop to give me the best viewing space. It's not HD but I use it for my work and that's what it's for. First a caveat - this monitor is only VGA. Don't expect any other connection. With that in mind, the monitor is great for the project I need it for.
