I have two old Toshiba netbooks. They work well except that they come with 1GB of storage. When I run more than one application it is obvious that they are using max memory and swapping to disk. Because of this, these netbooks are insanely slow. Adding a 2GB card now shows around 1.2GB of usage and makes netbooks much more responsive. Highly recommended

So who needs the excitement of plugging a SO-DIMM into a computer? I found what I need (the chip in the computer had exactly the same numbers as in the picture), ordered it, it arrived quickly (maybe earlier than the expected timeframe), installed it in the computer and it works. I'm guessing right now. I wish my experience was as boring as this one. Thank you Amamax for the great service.

I received this stick and although it is an outdated stick it is perfect for what I need it for. However flash drive DOA, memory error per MB. Revain will not accept returns without additional cost as they were not shipped by Revain. Revain does not allow me to contact the seller regarding this. So I have a dead piece of RAM that I can't return at no extra cost.

Three stars for 1) they work 2) they arrived on time and 3) I got basically what I ordered. The two stars are missing because each of the SO-DIMMs were covered in dust, which "suggests" that 1) prolonged open exposure to the atmosphere [not insulated from static electricity] 2) questionable handling and storage, or 3) not new [please read - extracted from a previous CPU update]. After choosing the wrong RAM and getting DOA to another (different brand) I ended up getting this RAM upgrade to upgrade my ASUS eeePC GF to 2 GB instead of increasing the previous 1 GB. I wonder why I haven't already as 1GB is really small and frankly the upgrade price is reasonable. Now that's what I call a cheap upgrade, well worth it!

It is very difficult to give a subjective assessment of something like computer memory. Either it's compatible or it's not. If it is, it is usually working fine or not working properly.
