You must be on hand.

Media could not be loaded. I can't give more than 3 stars here. It came to me with about 10 pins out of the socket but that's ok I'm handy and I glued them back on after which 3 strips fell off. Oh God. I fixed that too. I think it's overpriced but I needed something to put my hair on as I do braids but there is drama involved. Yes I've ordered the next one so I can glue them back to back but I'm sure it will fall apart. If you are not comfortable at all, do not purchase this product.

Pros
  • Crafts and Sewing
Cons
  • Very Expensive

The wood used was very smooth and hard and I was very happy with it both looked and felt . I had to send it back as the spikes were too close together and not high enough for the cone stitch thread. I think this is partly my fault as I didn't ask for the dimensions. I emailed them that the dimensions should be part of the product description. It is suitable for regular thread and I now realize that some embroidery threads are available on regular size spools. In that case, this rack will work…

Pros
  • Organization, storage and transport
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Bad design

The design of the item is good, but the construction is poor. We filled the shelf with spools of thread and decided to move it somewhere cheaper. Part of the horizontal spindle (one of many) has come loose from the frame. Inspection revealed a small bead of glue and micro pins used to attach the horizontal pieces to the main frame. I had to add two more micro pins to each horizontal piece to make it usable. Those of you who don't have access to a micro gun and air compressor will need to use…

Pros
  • Storage of crafts and sewing supplies
Cons
  • Can't remember
