The best thing about sandbox is that it provides us with all the tools required for our work. The customer support team is very responsive and they always keep you up-to-date regarding your requests. It's not too expensive and the features are enough for the job at hand. The only thing is that sometimes there are some delays in getting the approval from the management. We use sandbox for data entry. It is easy to set up, and the functionality is good enough for the task at hand.
