Review on Sandbox by Robert Blair

The customer support team at sandbox are very helpful, proactive in resolving issues as they arise (even if it's just for clarification).

They also have great knowledge about their product which makes solving problems easy! I wish there were more options available when adding new modules/features - we need them all but sometimes you don't know what will be useful until after implementation has been done by another vendor who may not provide those features or worse yet charge exorbitant fees with no value added benefit beyond "it works"!! We use sandboxes products primarily due its ease-of-use; however once implemented our users love how well everything fits together so that data can flow seamlessly between applications without having multiple interfaces etc..
