I'm sure the item is fine but I only bought it to listen to my Audible books. I am extremely disappointed. Audible couldn't activate the player to listen to books. To me, it's nothing more than a useless piece of plastic.

Not sure. But I'm pretty sure after getting too drunk and getting kicked in the head by a clipped horse steel. I could develop a better random shuffle function. Nowhere in the green creation of the gods (says this drunken atheist) shouldn't an MP3 player with 1873 songs play the same song 3 times in 2 hours. And that's a $60 Sandisk player. AND IT DOES! An MP3 player has one main task - playing MP3 files. By default, this should be in the correct track order (unless you've chosen to shuffle). I tried 4 or 5 cheap fake MP3 players and none of them played the songs in the right order. Some played the albums in alphabetical order. WTF? Who is listening to the album in alphabetical order. I wanted a new MP3 player that could hold all my media files. 32G was the ticket for my 20G media. Unfortunately, this player does not play the tracks in track order. I bought her music from Revain.
