This is my warning story that I'm paying $60 for shit and why you should shell out more money for a guarantee, which is a TOTAL SHAME! Quality should be a matter of course, but unfortunately it is not. If I could give this rating -1000 I would! I have no problem paying a little more for a quality product, but I regret every moment of this transaction! I have been a loyal user of Sandisk products for many years. Camera movements, memory tremors. you know what i'm talking about never a problem I have always referred to this jewelry manufacturer. I've had 4 other Sandisk MP3s in the last 15 years or so. Never had a problem with any of them. I've used them all the time and they've held up. The only reason I ever switched to another was to switch to one with more memory. Now I'm retired. I work one night a week just to get out of the house. I wanted to be able to hear melodies while the patients slept peacefully. I've also had trouble going from a fried Lenovo laptop that stored ALL my music to a Macbook Air, which has a completely different learning curve. So I bought it on June 19, 2019. Delivery took a week (free shipping). . Calculated. Connected to a computer, the music is automatically transferred. Good. BUT he conveys EVERYTHING. 7/2 worked, everything was fine. GREAT battery life. However, this was the first time I heard Christmas music. I love Christmas but don't want to listen to Christmas music in July. There's no easy way to remove it, and when you charge it, just put it back in. Pooh. Over the next week I tried to remove the Christmas music but it took VERY long. It worked without any problems. 7/9 forgotten. 7/16 worked. On vacation 23.07 and 30.07, was not used. 8/6 everything was fine. 8/13 I got ready for my shift at 11pm. Took it off the charger and turned it off until I got to work. Now I wanted to use it for the 5th time. Tried turning it on. NOTHING. No flickering, no buzzing. Dead. So it was a long night. When I got home I hooked it up to my computer. NOTHING. I tried it at the store. Dead, dead, and dead. Now I've never had a problem with Sandisks, so I didn't go for the warranty. Why should I? Now I would like. Revain just advised me to contact the manufacturer. We ALL know where this is taking you. So I got this little bundle of nothing. There won't even be a good paperweight. 60€ are worth nothing. I would say buy another product together. If you choose this one; Make sure you pay EXTRA for the guarantee! MUCH LUCK!
