I can't trust it.: Computer Accessories and Peripherals

In the middle of a wedding photo shoot, this card gave an error. After checking the content, a few dozen of the latest pictures disappeared. A few hundred before that was fine. I reformatted the card and haven't had any issues since, but I won't be using it for anything important.

Error formatting card

I have used SanDisk memory cards in the past and never had any problems, but I could not get this card to work. When I tried to format it, it kept saying "Card full" even though the card was empty. I then returned the goods and received a different memory card.

Pros
  • cool product
Cons
  • Requires socket

Broke within a week

Of course, I liked the size of this 64GB memory card, but it broke a week after installing it in a mobile phone. Not sure if the phone can't support it or if the product sucks. I'm dissatisfied with the product but I don't really know what the problem was/was and I forgot to return it in time so I'm leaving this review for informational purposes only.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • There are nuances

Makes the new camera even faster.

I wrote a review about how much faster my camera writes after the capture than the card, which means I can now capture it faster than ever. Well, I have a new FZ-80 camera (which is great) but I noticed that while it takes photos faster than the FZ-70, there was a noticeable lag before I could take the next photo. So I order another one of these cards, including one for the new camera. When you need to take a series of photos quickly, e.g. For example, trying to capture the setting sun, this…

Sandoval 64GB memory card for my Rebel T6i. Good card

Bought this memory card for my Cannon Reunant T6i camera. The memory card is faster than I probably need for the camera. But. I shoot a video with a camera. So the extra speed helps when shooting videos. The card is fast in my camera. No complaints. I take photos every day when I'm at my beach house. My friend told me I need a bigger megabyte so I can take better pictures of waves etc. It's a memory card. Has a lifetime guarantee. I travel a lot. So 64 gigs is about 5000 photos. When I switch…

Pros
  • Very impressive

The investment in this SD card is definitely worth it. PC to SD card (running in background with McAfee package installed) 3GB 160 file transfer (20MB file size - RAW photo files) shows an average write speed of 55MB per second. Reading a similar type of file from an SD card to a PC (from raw image files captured on the Nikon D5100) typically occurs at read speeds of 80-85MB per second. able to save new photos to the SD card faster than my previous SD card I used allowing for some faster bursts

Bad batch, not readable in the Sony a7III UHS-I slot

Bought two cards (UHS-l) for the new Sony a7III camera. Sony does not read a card in the UHS-I slot, but it does in the UHS-ll slot. To make sure the problem was with the card and not the camera, I popped a third card into the UHS-I slot and it read it with no trouble. This is a known issue with Sandisk-Sony and of course the number is engraved on both cards. BN1828251838G identifies them as part of a faulty batch. Sandisk is getting sloppy and now I have to buy new cards. ADDED: I bought a…

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • No performance

I have 3 Sony A series cameras, A6300, A7RII and newer A7RIII. I bought two SanDisk Extreme Pro SDXC UHS-1 cards last year and have found that neither of them are recognized by my A7III, although they both work well with my other cameras. Found that my problem is fairly common with the A7III camera and these particular cards, but only with newer cards (circa 2018 and 2019). I have several of these cards from a few years ago that work well with the camera. Later edit: I just installed firmware…

Maximum range of SD cards for maximum performance

The best SD cards not only from Sandisk but from all other companies when it comes to UHS-I (and UHS-II for the UHS-II version of it). Time and time again I have relied on Sandisk to record my images and videos for personal, paid, professional, etc. events where I need reliability and I don't think I have ever had a Sandisk memory card fail except one not extreme model that was very old and stuck in a newer camera. Its speeds are excellent and they live up to what they advertise. I really…
