If you use this in an embedded device, it's much better than standard storage. More rewrite blocks, internal ECC, much higher MTBF. It's worth it for a few dollars more.

Used for the RETRO GAME CONTROLLER operating system. Extremely fast and extremely reliable. Despite intensive use, there was no damage. Recommended for all situations where you need a reliable storage solution. For example a retro gaming device or a Raspberry Pi.

I used a Black Label SanDisk 16GB card with the same specs (size, capacity, etc.) on a Xilinx Zynq-7020 MCU and launched Embedded Linux from the SD card. Sometimes it would hang on booting Linux when loading the Linux SD card driver. This white label industrial version of the card is much more reliable and never freezes like the consumer version.
