I used a Black Label SanDisk 16GB card with the same specs (size, capacity, etc.) on a Xilinx Zynq-7020 MCU and launched Embedded Linux from the SD card. Sometimes it would hang on booting Linux when loading the Linux SD card driver. This white label industrial version of the card is much more reliable and never freezes like the consumer version. I can't go into detail what exactly the difference is, timing issue, clock, voltage, current etc. but this version of the card works better for me and all I did was put the image of the old card on to copy these.
