Unreliable - Accessory

I am very disappointed with this charger. If the phone isn't in the exact right spot, it won't charge. It won't charge my Kindles, with or without a case. I put my phone where it charges but when I go back it might not charge. Better to check more often.

Charging wireless chargers varies.

Charging cradle works well on a clean phone (without the case). The charger seems to be slower than the iPhone charging cable but the stand did its job perfectly and charged my phone in 2 hours. I prefer to have a Lifeproof Fré case on my phone and the charging pad doesn't always plug in to charge. My daughter has a Lifeproof Next case and it charges flawlessly every time, takes about an hour to charge.

When the indicator is red, it means charging is not in progress 🤯

charging performance is excellent. The rubber grip holds the phone well. I'm sure it won't slip off accidentally. So that's the good part. The not so good part is that I had to learn how to place my phone properly so it can charge. This is not for the lazy. There's a light indicator to show if it's charging or not. Make sure you place your phone squarely in the center and wait for the display to turn blue. If it's red, it's not charging. Much luck.

Great idea, unfinished

I loved this product. Revain's reviews are misleading as it lumps multiple products together. As for the SanDisk Ixpand wireless charger and backup. Great idea, but I found two major flaws: 1) Charging station design. The shallow notch is great for centering small phones, but that's where it ends. Adding this padding makes a large phone with cases unavailable for Qi charging. A flat surface would be better. 2) The app is a bit buggy. Lost connection to my Wi-Fi and wasn't easy to get back in…

Phone just doesn't charge reliably - stops charging for no apparent reason

UPDATE: 8/31/2021: I WILL BE RETURNING THIS ITEM Sorry, this item is not working reliably. As mentioned below, it may appear that the phone is charging, but it is not. After struggling with it for a few days, I'm sending it back today. I put the phone back on the charger last night when it said a 53% charge. There was a familiar ping and the reload light glowed a solid pink. Also, a small bold lightning bolt appeared over the battery icon on the phone. I watched it for a few minutes to make…
