upside down on a memory card Accessories

Normally, with card readers (or something similar) you automatically know how to insert a disc by looking at the company logo. If the logo is facing up, insert the disc face up. This one is the opposite. You can insert a disc face up, but the reader must face down. It's annoying because I always think everything will logically look the same way, and I end up sticking the disc in the reader if I forget.

Sony bug workaround

Sony's BetaMax developers seem to think they can lure you into their expensive MS Pro cards and readers. I like their old Cyber-shot pocket cameras because they were one of the last to use viewfinders. Viewfinders are great if you wear contact lenses or are shooting in bright sunlight. Luckily I can buy used Cyber-shots on ebay for little money and treat them roughly (use on the beach, on my motorbike, etc.) and read photos in my laptop with this MS card reader. Most eBay cameras come with MS…

Great flash drive for old maps!

We received this Sandisk card reader and we are very pleased with it. We bought a used camera from Craig's List for our 7 year old son and didn't realize it contained an old memory card. None of our home readers would work with it, and we didn't have cables to connect it to take pictures from the camera. In the beginning it didn't matter because he just liked to take videos or photos and deleted them as soon as the card was full. But then my husband and sons went to a retreat, which was the…

Works well! for computers and accessories

This reads Sony Pro Duo brand memory cards etc. Pro Duo is what I use in my old camera. This reader is very fast and. On the opposite plastic end of the USB connector is a green LED that lights up to show it's plugged in and blinks when files are being transferred or read. The plastic cap that protects the USB connector is also placed on top of this plastic LED housing. Big! works fine and very fast. great price too!

He does his job very well. Memory Card Accessory

The Sandisk MobileMate Memory Stick Plus is a USB memory card reader specially designed for those who use Sony branded memory cards. - In a USB card reader that works with memory cards, you need a USB card reader like this so that you can easily transfer data to your computer. Really easy to use. Simply insert the memory card into the reader from the side. Connect the card reader to your computer's USB port. Wait for the computer to recognize it. Copy or cut and paste the data from the flash…
