stopped working! in SD cards

Not very good SD. I have this sd card for my eos r. Things were going well, I felt like I had achieved a lot. When I needed it the most, it stopped working. The camera cannot read the SD card. Luckily I always made a backup as soon as I could connect it to my computer. I reformatted the card and then started reading it again. Yes. I no longer trust this card.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Useless features

Back to SanDisk

I used the card as a backup in a Sony A7R IV. My main card is the Sony Tough UHS II. The Sony card downloaded 100 files (25MB each) of compressed RAW images in two minutes. It took about 15 minutes for the SanDisk card to download 3 files of the same size, and I canceled the download at that point. I hope it's a defective card and I'll be happy with a replacement. Keep for updates.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Quick guide

It's fast! suitable for computers and accessories

Bought to use in my Sony a7RIII. I originally bought a 95MB/s UHS-1 which worked but was slow for sequential recording. Based on feedback from others I decided to give it a try and I was blown away. The original is now in slot #2 and ready to be backed up. I read a lot of reviews and benchmarks. I'm glad I did because there are cards sold at the same prices that don't work. This saved me time and $$.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Some errors

When you spend that much money

Fair warning; Either this company has some serious quality control as I have no idea about some of the drive reviews I see in this review thread or I won a crappy, fairly regular lottery for the worst SD card of 2019 that advertises 300MB. 85/86 MB either read or write. Things to note: I have a 2018 MacBook Pro. No reason, but driver/performance is better on PC/Windows? Since the gain is in relation to the periphery, it is variable. I can't connect directly to a computer and use the dock, which

FAST reliable Essential for 4K videos.

Sandisk Extreme Pro cards are FAST and the only card I use in my camcorders. stops recording. I have found Sandisk Extreme Pro cards of all sizes to be the BEST for solid state media and have never lost data due to card corruption. I recently bought a Sony AX-700 4k camera and these cards support all modes, even 4k recording with no errors. These 300Mbps cards also load fast on my computers, saving time in post-processing. No matter how much money you have, you just can't buy a better qualityโ€ฆ
