This device will not work with Blue Iris. Have used several other DVR/NVR with no problems. After several weeks of trying, it was not possible to get this device to work with Blue Iris.

The system came as promised. My system did not come with a pre-installed hard drive. Installing the hard drive was a breeze. It was the price that drew me to the system and everything that came with the system.

I have a Sannce camera system about 5-6 years old, they work great, IF they work these DVRs get worse, sometimes they work on HDMI , and sometimes they don't, they are complete crap and tech support doesn't help at all, you're lucky if you get any response from them at all, I had to file a dispute to get a refund from the seller.

I bought this product because I thought the app would notify you when you set an alarm. The night vision quality sucks, as well as during the day. The camera is black and white most of the time. Another time in color. It won't stay color all the time. If you plan to leave town. Tell the neighbor that you are not at home. Camera alarms do not alert you to activities taking place within your camera's field of view. Save money and buy the best product with the best security system. That sucks.

I ordered this to replace an old Sannce DVR that was starting to fail. It has some better options including the ability to add IP cameras. I'm still using old cameras (which aren't very good) so I can't really comment on the night vision as old cameras don't work very well with IR night vision. I love the size of this product, it's a little smaller than it looks in the picture but just the right size for our space. It will be easy for them to find a place to hang them at this size and they will not feel that they are taking up space. Considering I've been dealing with this type of electronics for about 10 years, the setup of the DVR was very easy and the quality of the Videos stream is better than the original DVR! The downside is that the app is incredibly inconsistent. It worked fine the first time on my Android S10, my wife's old Motorola ran through fine, accessed the video stream setup on our two iPads with some displeasure, but nothing special.
