I had read good reviews about this brand of crayons so decided to try the neon crayons when I saw them at a good price. have a black light so I can't confirm if they are actually neon but they are bright. I bought this for a reason. I often color the pages surrounding my adult coloring book with bright colors to enhance the colors in the work. The problem was that my expensive pencils were worn out too much. So I made them keep them for my art.
