I wish I could buy another brand

Disappointed with this strap. Very thin, and the strap has so much left over that it doesn't tighten well. I think I'll cut some off and try to attach them differently.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Not sure

There are much better deals out there for better quality straps. l

These straps are very flimsy and do not provide stability to the wheels during transport. They are also very expensive for only 2 straps. There are much better deals on better quality belts l.

Pros
  • Handy item
Cons
  • Good but not great

Broke as soon as I tried to pull it a little tighter

Junk. Don't waste money. As soon as I tried to tighten it it broke and I didn't even tighten that much. Get something different, more flexible and with velcro, and not that cheap plastic stuff with snaps.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Replacement material

Don't waste your money

Used it for the first time today on a long trip and after only 30 miles it turned. I tightened it every time I stopped, but shortly after, the bike wheel started spinning. I think some long reusable zip ties would work much better.

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • Miscellaneous Miscellaneous

Extremely overpriced for poor quality

This is "good". They're not very strong, they're not very durable, and they're not very easy to set up. They are just fine. Which has me staring at their average review score and price of $13. For the money this is TERRIBLE. I think it shows what the brand is doing. Don't buy them - buy a cheaper pack of better belts.

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Mostly good, but...

Too weak, doesn't hold tension

I was disappointed with these straps. They are a lot smoother than I expected. I have found that they do not hold tension. Even a finger on my steering wheel was enough to undo the straps. To get any sort of endurance, I had to double-thread the straps and buckle the regulator. Despite its functionality, this made customization almost impossible. Instead, I suggest a simple velcro.

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • New competitors have appeared

Product differs from what you see in the picture

When I first received the straps one was defective and I had to return it. I have received a replacement. But these are long straps, not at all the ones shown on the Revain website. After purchasing Revain bike accessories last year, I found that they were older models and not the latest models offered by the respective manufacturers. Now that I've bought a new bike, I buy better gear and visit local bike shops. Revain is great but they need to make sure their suppliers are truthful in their…

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Does not fit all

Works but I expected more

To be honest I expected more for the money. I need the extra length for these straps because my bike frame design doesn't allow mounting the front wheel as shown in the product description. I need to run this strap through the rear wheel to keep the front wheel stable. The package insert shows several different wheel attachment options, and the length of the strap allows you to use any of these methods. There is also a very specific way of threading the strap through the buckle to keep the…

Pros
  • Best
Cons
  • Ugly packaging
